Forward Deployment Engineer

You are the bridge between promise and production. You embed with senior client teams at the point of highest friction, absorb their operational reality, and work alongside ELIAMA architects to design, deploy, and stabilise bespoke AI systems inside their stack.

What you will own

• Embed with client leadership and engineering teams to map business force to technical architecture.
• Lead the deployment of private AI Operating Systems — from data integration and RAG pipelines to multi-agent orchestration and production monitoring.
• Translate uncertainty into executable scope; you make complex engagements feel calm, ordered, and inevitable.
• Run discovery workshops, prototype rapidly, and own the handover to client teams.
• Ensure every system meets ELIAMA standards for security, consistency, and sovereign control.

Who you are

• Deep engineering background with hands-on experience in Python, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI stacks.
• Comfort operating inside enterprise environments with incomplete information and high expectations.
• Excellent judgment under pressure; you communicate with clarity and discretion.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French are a plus.
• You care more about outcomes than titles.
